When should I register?
Many German universities offer two admission periods each year, with courses starting in winter or summer.
Winter admission
Winter admission usually takes place from September to February or from October to March. The application deadline is usually around July 15 * and your resume should be completed by May.
Summer admission
Summer admission to most German universities usually runs from April to September, or from March to August at the University of Applied Sciences. The deadline usually falls on January 15 *, but your resume should be completed by December.
* This is a universal term for admission periods, but it is best to contact the University in order to keep up with the official deadline for admission.
What do you need to pay?
A photocopy confirming that you have completed your high school (3rd grade, in Vietnamese).
A translation of the subjects and scores you recorded in each subject (in English)
A photo card (passport type)
A photocopy of the passport
A certificate of English proficiency
Things to know about NC law (NC Restrictions)
Courses such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Science and Dentists are often of great interest to students, and these are also subjects that require enrollment other than those of other majors. The procedure applied in all German universities is also known as the NC Law (Latin for "Numerus Clausus"). The enrollment and enrollment process for the NC study is organized by the Stiftung für Hochschulzulassung. However, in some special cases, international students may apply through Application Services for International University Applications or by registering directly with the University.
Some courses also offer NC undergraduate programs at the local level. Accordingly, the authorities will have a continuous change between the periods, based on the requirements and the rate of school that each school proposed each period.
These courses are often very competitive and schools have the right to add interviews, tests or ask candidates to submit additional letters of recommendation. And in any case, Hotcourses would like to repeat, you should go to the International Relations Office for enrollment information.
